Testimonial for Allison Boat Makeover Programme

Gary recently had a look at a second hand boat, decided it was too tired, and was showing its age. He decided to pass it up. He noticed it was an Allison, and although he had not owned an Allison before, his mates had always raved about the Allison’s they had.

Upon consideration, he decided to have another look and bought the boat for $10.000.

A subsequent visit to Bruce Allison and a makeover:

• Engine pod
• Dual marlin boards
• Stainless steel split bow rail
• Electric Anchor winch
• Stainless steel marlin board stays
• Fibreglass bow sprit
• New tailor-made windscreen
• Some internal modifications
• Buff-up of fibre glass

 

Some $8000 later he now has a (new) Allison, a 1992 Vision 195 which is a stunner.

"It looks great and has added thousands to the value", Gary said. He is stoked with the results.

"It is a good example of just what a makeover, if you cannot afford to upgrade, an Allison special makeover is not a bad alternative."
